The Most Bizarre Beauty Looks From Fashion Month

Fashion Month is finally over, and boy have we seen some things. Though many beauty trends are created by celebrities and it girls on social media, like fashion, it all starts on the catwalk.

Runway beauty is always a hit or miss. With designers going to great lengths to express their creativity, some go a bit too avant-garde.

One thing about beauty on the catwalk is that it’s never universal during the month. New York Fashion Week tends to play it safe by giving models no-makeup looks and minimalist hairstyles such as buns, braids or loose waves, while London, Milan and Paris isn’t afraid to go all out.

In London, Mary Katrantzou had false lashes placed in the center of models’ lower lids, and Giambattista Valli covered models’ faces and hands in Coachella-like tattoos at his Milan Giamba show, but it was Paris that knocked the runway beauty ball out of the park. While we are willing to pay more attention to our lower lashes and would even consider drawing small, cute face tattoos with liner for certain occasions, we’re not too sure about the beauty looks below.

Covering the eyelids in all white eyeliner like the ones spotted above at Kenzo doesn’t necessarily complement every skin tone. Sorry.

If you haven’t been keeping up with runway beauty this month, take a look below at the seven most bizarre beauty looks.
